Soon, Chai helps Peppermint gain access to a Vandelay executive computer, and learn about SPECTRA, an AI-program that uses Vandelay's cybernetic implants as a back-door for mind control. There, she offers to help Chai escape if he agrees to help her investigate a conspiracy behind Project Armstrong.
